This one was a passion project. I've always loved Grand Slams for their unique cultural elements and color palettes and really wanted to play those up. This series was meant to showcase the current and former OU tennis players and their experience in Grand Slams. 

I created 12 total graphics: one French Open, two Australian Open, three Wimbledon and six for the US Open.

These graphics served a dual purpose: they were first used in a recruiting presentation and will later be used on social media. Since 12 graphics is too many to post at once, I created a quick GIF that flashes through each. 

GIFs are my favorite way to create a single post rather than posting all of these as a Twitter thread or Instagram carousel - engagement gets lower as you go down the line with those. GIFs are a little more innovative and clean in my opinion. That also gave me the option to put the graphics in chronological order rather than grouping by tournament in order to emphasize OU's streak of players playing in Slams!
